- Printer connection issue.

Resolution
- Check the type of connection, (USB, Ethernet)
- USB, check connection, check for driver, usually will auto setup
- Ethernet,
- Check copier/printer connection (It should be wired)
- Check computer connection (wireless sometimes causes problems depending on the printer)
- Check copier NIC page (Is it still registered?)
- Check the Printer Properties -> Ports (see Standard Naming Scheme)
- Does the copier have department codes? If so, are they saved in the driver? Or as a Preset on Mac?
