Cause

• User needs to pay for a balance in Touchnet

Resolution

• For Students
  1. Log into your UT Martin Portal Account
  2. Then click Touchnet under UTM Apps
• For Authorized Users
  1. Log in with your Authorized User account
• Click on Make a Payment
• Here you can select to pay by the term, your full balance, or the amount due.
  • 
• After you make a selection, click continue to be guided through typing in your payment information.
