• Enrolling in a Payment Plan on Touchnet

Environment

• Windows/Mac

Cause

• User needs to pay for a balance in their Touchnet account

Resolution

• For Students
  1. Log into your UT Martin Portal Account
  2. Then click Touchnet under UTM Apps
• You can navigate to payment plans in two ways
  1. The Payment Plan Tab at the top of the screen
  2. Enroll In a Payment Plan button under balance
• Select the term you wish to enroll with and read the terms carefully. Once you are ready click select to complete the enrollment process
