Cause

• User needs to set up an account for electronic refunds

Resolution

• For Students
  1. Log into your UT Martin Portal Account
  2. Then click Touchnet under "Apps"
• You can navigate to the Refund section in two ways
  1. Refunds tab at the top
  2. Electronic Refunds shortcut on the right-hand side
• Select “Set Up a new account”
  • 
• Type in your complete bank account information and then click continue
  • 
• Check “I Agree” when the agreement pops up and then click continue
