- Navigate to https://directory.utm.edu/edit
- Log in with your UT Martin account credentials
- Follow the instructions and submit the form
- Upon submission, a Web Request ticket is created and we are alerted a form awaits approval
- Once we approve the form, an automated email is sent to the user informing them that their UTM Directory Biography webpage has been created and may now be viewed at http://directory.utm.edu/firstname-lastname
*Privacy flag determines if the published bio is displayed on the website. If they have a privacy flag in place, they would NOT be prohibited from filling out the form, but it would not be viewable on UTM.edu.
