Press TRANSFER (DTerm) or FLASH (standard phone) This automatically puts the caller on hold and gives you a "second dialtone".
Dial the Station Number of person call is to be transferred to and:
(Supervised Transfer) When person to receive call answers, announce call and hang up.
or
(Unsupervised Transfer) When you hear the person to receive call's phone ringing, hang up.
NOTE: You can transfer a call to an off-campus number. When you get the "second dialtone", dial the off-campus number with the 9 for an outside line and then the 10-digit local or 1+10-digit long distance dialing as you would if dialing them directly.
