Call Pick Up Groups are handy for busy offices where you can hear someone another person in the office's phone ringing. When the phones are in a Call Pick Up Group anyone in the group can answer the other person's ringing phone. A Call Pick Up Group must be programmed by Telecommunications. To answer a ringing phone within your Call Pick Up Group:
Pick up any phone within the group and dial #4.
