- How can I manage subscribers?

Login at listserv.utm.edu using your UTM AD Credentials
Once logged in click Subscriber Reports in the navigation menu on the left.
If you are the owner of multiple lists, you will need to select the list you want to manage from the dropdown. If you only manage one list you will not see this dropdown box.
You can see existing subscribers listed.
To delete subscribers, select the check box next to the subscriber and click Delete Subscribers at the bottom of the screen.
To add an individual subscriber, enter email and name, select the send email notification checkbox if you want listserv to notify the subscriber, and click Add Subscriber.
Bulk Operations
You can add or remove subscribers using a .txt or .csv file. The file should be created with notepad or a similar plain text editor (not Word or Wordpad). The file should contain one entry per line in the following format.
username@domain.com fname lname
username2@domain.com fname2 lname2
….
The fname lname is optional.
LSoft has a guide for creating the bulk import file from an excel spreadsheet.
Once you have a subscriber file, click Bulk Operations.
Select the browse button and select the file on your computer, then click import.
Results of the import will be displayed when completed
