VPN - GlobalProtect VPN for Android

Issue/Question

• How to install and connect to VPN on Android devices.

Environment

• Android phone or tablet.

Prerequisite

• Membership in appropriate AD group
• Contact the Help Desk or submit an online request.

Resolution

Install GlobablProtect App from play store

Open app, you will be prompted for portal address. Enter gpvpn.utm.edu

You will be prompted for credentials.
Enter your AD credentials

The first time you connect you may be prompted, tap OK

Notes

• Students are cleared from VPN access after each semester ends.
