Turning on Cached Exchange Mode in Outlook

1. Open Outlook and select File in the upper left-hand corner.

2. Click on Account Settings and select Account Settings again.

3. Select their account on the account list and click Change.

4. Check the box next to Use Cached Exchange Mode. Click next and follow the prompts to restart the

application.
