Here are a few things to check if your Banner Admin is not loading:
- Are you on or off campus?
- If you are off campus then check and make sure your VPN is running. If it isn’t then turn it on and log in to test. If you don't have the VPN installed contact the Help Desk at 731-881-7900 and we would be happy to assist you.
- If you are on campus check your browser. Are you using Chrome or Firefox? If not then switch it to Chrome or Firefox.
- If you are in Chrome or Firefox then check and disable any extensions. These are known to cause problems with pages loading
- Some example extensions that have been known to cause problems are Adblock, Ublock, SurveyJunky, Honey, etc.
- Next clear your cache for all time. Close and restart the browser to test.
- Have you been trying to log in several times? Odds are the session is locked out due to a bad password. Wait 15 mins for the lockout then log back in.
- Finally, after you have done all of the above then call us at 731-881-7900 and we would be happy to troubleshoot further!
