By submitting and checking out a device, you understand this device is not guaranteed and will be made available on a first come first serve basis. You also understand this device is and will remain property of the University of Tennessee at Martin. You will be required to return the device to the ITS Help Desk in Crisp Hall 102 at the end of the semester or when your current affiliation with the university is complete, whichever is sooner. If damage occurs to the device or it is not returned, you may be held responsible for any cost associated to the device while it was on loan to you.
