How to See if Your Courses are Published- For Students

After logging into Canvas, Click on the “Courses” link on the blue banner on the left-hand of the screen.
Click on the “All Courses” link. This will bring up a list of all your courses.
This will bring up a list of all your courses
The last column in the chart is listed “Published”
If the cell under this column says “yes” then the professor has published the course for everyone to view
If the cell under this column says “no” then the professor has NOT published the course for everyone to view
If the course is under a section labeled Future Enrollments
You are registered for the course in Banner Self Service for a future semester.
