Purchasing UTM Computers

Issue/Question

  • How do I purchase a UTM tagged computer?

Windows

 

  • You will likely be prompted for duo. Select to "Send me a push" or "Enter a Passcode." 

 

  • Once logged in, you will need to select “shop.”

 

  • Once in the “shop” page, you will need to select “dell” from this list. This will open a separate tab.

 

  • Next, you will need to hover your mouse over “shop” in the upper left corner to show a drop-down menu. In this menu, you will select “Standard Configurations.”

 

  • This will open the page with all the computers listed in the marketplace. To narrow this down to the devices that UTM offers you will need to select “UT @ Martin Standard Systems” on the left side.

 

  • Once on this screen you can scroll through all the devices that UTM offers.

 

 

Apple

  • If you are wanting to purchase an apple device, you will need to contact Lori Donavant or Keith Lawrence to set up a specific account.
  • You can also email procurement@utm.edu for more information regarding apple devices.
