How to setup your Security Key (Token) for Duo

 

  • You will then be prompted for DUO, click "other options"

 

  • You will then need to select "Manage Devices"

 

  • This would then prompt you for DUO, select "Bypass Code"

  • On this next page, you will need to select to "Add a device"

 

  • You will be asked to select a device, you will select "Security Key"

 

  • You will then need to click "Continue" 

 

  • Windows security or your Mac settings should open up asking where to save the passkey, you will select "Security key"

  • You will then be prompted to allow the computer to see the security, click "Ok" twice. You should then see the image below or something similar telling you to insert the security key. Plug the Fido Key (token) into your computer. 

 

  • The device should light up and begin blinking green on the gold plate with a "Y" on it. You will then see the screen below and be asked to "Touch the Security key." Place your finger on the gold plate as shown below.
