Call Forwarding
The Forward all calls feature in the RingCentral apps lets you forward your incoming calls when you can’t answer. You can forward incoming calls to voicemail, an announcement, or another extension or group. You can also create a custom schedule for forwarding your calls.

Greeting Message Confuses Callers
Callers are greeted with a message (recorded or computer spoken) immediately when they call you, and they think it is your voicemail, and either they hang up, or if they wait on the line instead of going to the voicemail box, it rings through to you.
